Book Return Policy:
You may receive a refund if you return your books within 15 days of the original ship date, as long
as the books have not been used or are not damaged in any way. The original shipping
charges will not be refunded for canceled orders. You will be subjected to a 10%
restocking fee. No refunds will be given for books that are beyond 15 days of the
purchase date. Books will be shipped back to us at your expense, by a traceable
mode of shipment. Original sales receipt must be included, with the return
slip filled in completely. If your choice of payment was credit card, a credit will
be issued within three days after the books are received. If your choice of payment
was cashiers check or money order, a store credit will be issued. No return checks
will be sent. All sales are final on all software packages.
Classroom or Office Sales:
All sales are final on any books or software that are purchased in one of our offices or at one of our classes.
